AEM'S HOUSE OF EQUIPMENT & SCHOOL OF MINISTRY
Author: Bishop Abraham Olaleye Date: Mar 2009
In 2000, the Lord began to lay a burden on my heart. It was a burden of global harvest for the end-time.
As we go from towns to towns and cities to cities, in four continents, the burden began to increase. I saw in a flash a vision of over 10 crusades going on at the same time in 10 different countries.. |

The Lord told me that much as what we are doing is commendable, a greater level of soul winning is coming in which, as I saw, there would be many people (labourers) in many countries preaching at the same time.
The Lord then added, “Your part in this coming global harvest is to build a warehouse of equipment so that you could send global-minded labourers unto the harvest fields of the world”. From that moment, the Lord has been reminding me this from time to time. Before the end of 2008, the Lord told me “the time has come for this harvest project to begin''. He told me to share the vision with our partners so that they may help to make it a reality with their resources. The Lord explained to me that my experiences so far on the field will be a great advantage for this.
Specifically, he said, “you will be able to know my genuine ministers who need support for the work as there are many of such people who lack the basic tools for evangelism. Because you have been there, you are better positioned to feel their pulse and encourage them. Raise me an army of labourers for the end time global harvest”.
SCHOOL OF MINISTRY OPENS SOON
By September this year, our school of ministry will be starting by the grace of God. Planning and strategies are ongoing to make the projected time a reality.
The purpose of this training school, which the Lord indicated to me about 20 years ago, is to raise evangelists who would be true labourers and pastors who will pasture the saved. Follow-up of new coverts has been anything but encouraging lately. Evangelism has been reduced to gospel jamborees. As a matter of fact and in some recent cases, mega crusades have become gold-mines for ministers who care less about the multitudes that raise their hands at such occasions. Isn't it challenging that the problems generated during such crusades are so many that following converts becomes a non-issue?
When the Lord ministered to me for the first time about the school of ministry, I asked questions in my heart on why that would be necessary in the presence of thousands of such schools. To the best of knowledge, most churches and ministries run such schools and roll out graduates who are only expanding and extending the ‘old order’.
About five years ago, it became clearer to me that a school of ministry established by those who have been on the fields is necessary to raise credible and kingdom-minded labourers.
This school will be used of the Lord to raise an army of God instead of denominational freaks and devotees. Imagine God giving this generation evangelists who are in evangelism only for the purpose of winning souls that will be successfully integrated into the local church with Jeremiah 3: 15 pastors-pastors after God's heart. Pastors of the new order who will feed the people with the knowledge of God. This is the essence of the school, which we trust God will take off by September 2009.
